A beautiful 2 bedroom holiday cottage surrounded by the stunning Dorset countryside a short distance from the Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coastline. 5 miles from the seaside town of Weymouth. Ideal for family breaks and romantic getaways. The space A Dorset country cottage full of character, Sycamores comfortably sleeps 5 people in 2 bedrooms and is a perfect country retreat for families, couples and walkers. Set on our beautiful working farm, the cottage is a short walk from the stunning Chesil Beach and Jurassic Coastline - recently featured in the popular ITV series Broadchurch. Sycamores has a well equipped kitchen complete with full facilities for self catering including a farmhouse table to sit and enjoy dining together. It includes a dishwasher to ease the burden of clearing up! The sitting room features a real log fire, perfect for cuddling up in front of to enjoy a glass of wine or watch a movie on the TV/DVD. Wifi is included in the price in case you need to keep up to date with emails or social media. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one contains a double bed and a single and the other a twin room which can be made up into a double on request. All linen and towels are supplied and included in the price. There is a downstairs bathroom with a bath and attached shower head, and a toilet and heated towel rail. Outside there is a large enclosed garden at the front and back plus a south facing patio with garden furniture to enjoy dining outside or watching the sunset whilst drinking an evening cocktail. There is plenty of parking space to the rear of the cottage. Nearby you will find the Old Stables which has been converted into a games room with table tennis and table football, a large selection of paperback novels plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our cottages are available for weekly holidays all year and for off-season short breaks (Oct-Mar). For short breaks we try to stick to a 3 night stay arriving on Fridays or a 4 night arriving Mondays. For weekly breaks we do try to stick to Friday to Friday. However we can be flexible and will always try to fulfill your requirements. Guest access Guests have use of the whole cottage and garden.
