All these have been written. Appreciate your kind understanding. Alpine Village Apartment is situated among the scenic natural hills of Tambun. It is quiet & peaceful here. GATED & GUARDED 24hours a day by uniformed well-trained Nepalese guards. The whole residential area is being monitored by CCTV at strategic locations. FACILITIES : We apologise that the management DOES NOT ALLOW guests to use the swimming pool & gym. Guests can still enjoy the scenery or play at the park/playground/basketball court.😉 MAX 7 adults. Sleeps 7 persons (1 Queen bed + 2 Single beds + 2 Single Pull-Out beds + foldable mattress). Hoise is fully aircon. WIFI 100MBPS. ALL 3 bedrooms & living room have CEILING FANS and AIRCON.. Master bedroom ~ queen-size bed, wardrobe, side table, attached toilet, ceiling fan & airconditioned. Iron & ironing board. 2 other bedrooms ~ Single-size bed & pull-out bed, multi-purpose rack, Ceiling fan & Aircon. ALL beds with clean bedsheets & blankets. 6 clean bath towels provided. Yard ~ Washing machine & clothes detergent. Balcony ~ Pull-out clothes rack. Kitchen ~ Microwave oven to heat up food or cook small meals. A fridge, a kettle & coffee /tea making facility. Toilets ~ Shower & body wash. Our homestay is about 8-10km from town. MOST tenants who stayed at our homestay visited the Lost World of Tambun (wet & dry park) which is like 2 minutes drive away and needed a comfortable place to stay the night. Alpine Village is walking distance to X Park (used to be called Extreme Park - golf range, skate park, indoor badminton hall, atv, go-kart) & Xcamp Ipoh (flying fox, kayak, rock climbing, etc). Do make your enquiry at the X Park office for Xcamp & Extreme Park facilities. Starbucks, Pizza Hut, KFC, Marrybrown & a few other local eateries are within walking distant from our home. Mcdonalds is about 2minutes drive from here while TF Supermarket is 5-minutes walk from here. Our Rates : Rate is before cleaning fee added. Security Deposit (Refundable) : RM100 for 1-3 nights stay / RM150 for 4-7 nights stay. Mode of payment details will be sent via WA. PLEASE take note that the deposit amount will be refunded to renter's account within 24-hours or earlier after check out (via bank transfer). CARPARK : FREE PARKING FOR 1 CAR INSIDE ALPINE VILLAGE APARTMENT / 2ND CAR AND MORE TO PARK AT PAID PARKING INSIDE ALPINE VILLAGE. Guest access Guests can access the playground, garden & basketball court. Guests CANNOT access swimming pool & gym ~ Management Rules. Other things to note MAXIMUM 7 adults. The apartment is Muslim own and we welcome all guests from various races to stay but we are strict with a NO PORK/NO ALCOHOL/NO SMOKING/NO WILD PARTY in our home. We seek for your kind understanding & co-operation. Pls smoke outside the house or at the balcony. Thank you. 24 hours before check-in, we collect a refundable damage deposit of RM100. This amount is to be transferred via bank transfer & to cover any loss of items in our home or any damaged items during your stay. We will refund the full amount via bank transfer on the day of check-out after the check-out procedures complete.
