Reconnect with nature through bush walks, bird watching, exploring property tracks and adjacent state forest; or simply sit back with a glass of wine or book on the verandah. A Base to Explore the South West Forest Redtail Retreat is 12km south of Nannup, a charming historic timber town. Local attractions include bush walks, heritage trail, Munda Biddi bike track, beautiful natural swimming holes (including Barrabup Pool), lavender farm, marron farm, cheese factory, local craft and cafes, galleries, spring wildflowers, cruising the Donnelly River and canoeing or fishing in the Blackwood River. A perfect base to also explore further afield.
