Studio (own entrance, kitchen, bathroom & balcony)

We own a small studio (1 room) apartment which is ideal for long-term stays. It is efficient, comfortable and has its own entrance, bathroom, balcony and kitchen. The studio is situated next door to our own apartment, so we can easily help with questions and advice. The building is located in a fantastic neighbourhood and it is conveniently close to transportation options (i.e. DTU, Lyngby & Copenhagen), nature and shopping. The space The studio has been completely refurbished and while it is certainly not big, the layout is efficient and includes plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows with a garden view. Guest access The studio has its own, separate front door, small entrance with cupboards, main room with its own separate kitchen, a balcony and - most importantly - your own, private bathroom :-) Additionally, there are some shared facilities in the property's basement, i.e. drying rooms for clothing, bicycle storage, etc. Other things to note FAQ: Yes, utilities (electricity, water and heating) are included in the rent (Assuming normal / reasonable usage) FAQ: Yes, we accept (and aim for) long-term stays. We typically receive 3-6 month bookings and can then also agree to further extensions or new bookings (via Airbnb). FAQ: No, additional discount will not be offered as we have already included significant discount for all stays exceeding 1 month. We only use Airbnb and will not accept offers outside of this platform. FAQ: Yes, CPR registration is possible. The studio's address has officially been merged into our address, which is where your CPR will be registered if needed. Other: TV - you will be able to access at least 1 streaming service (we usually have at least 2-3 at any given time) as well as the basic / free Danish TV channels.
