You will enjoy open area with large living room, dining room full kitchen, one full bath, two bedrooms, and a shared laundry room. The house is split into a duplex and is able to be opened up so it becomes one unit for large groups. We have great mushroom hunting around. We Have an abundance of wild life in the area for viewing such as; Turkey, deer, bear, elk, grouse. We are close to the snowmobile trails and all atv trails rite from the driveway of the rental. We are Close to (High country path way) hiking trails, and many two track trails to travel the woods by SUV, or Trucks. Guest access Shared laundry is available. Outdoor fire pit. Gas grill on site Other things to note TV is now a smart tv. Be respectful to or property. Parking and wifi instructions are on the table inside the house. Please do not block drivewa, for us or others to come thru. There is plenty of room for trailers if you are bringing quads, or snowmobiles to ride trails. We are very family, friend, hunters, and vacationer oriented! If your looking for a partying getaway to raise hell, cause a bunch of grief, you`ve got the wrong place and you will be asked to leave. Parties will be allowed (Family, friendly, respectful !!) with entire house being rented for cause of noise.
