In the heart of the land of the Enclave of the Popes, a little piece of heaven, sheltered from view and where calm and serenity make life good! A real small independent house and not overlooked, this cottage is located in the pretty village of Grillon, 4 km from Grignan and 7 km from Valréas, surrounded by lavender fields, poppies, beautiful landscapes of the Drôme Provençale and Vaucluse... The space For couples, families or groups of friends, this gite accommodates 4 to 5 people with great comfort, very nice finishes, a wooded garden, fenced and two beautiful sunny terraces as well as a swimming pool common to the two gites fully protected and privatized for vacationers. The owners, warm, available and welcoming, have created a nice cozy house where it's nice to stay and have gone into detail for the greatest of your comfort. Guest access You enter your house for a stay in the colors and atmospheres of Provence, it opens on a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher, cutlery and cooking utensils) open to a dining room with TV on the wall, reversible air conditioning for your comfort in any season. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and storage space on the ground floor is offered as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. You then climb the stairs to the floor where there is a nice cozy corner with a sofa bed (bzz) (160 x 200 cm when unfolded), a rest area with a 90 x 200 bed, a television, a second bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a separate toilet with sink, a room dedicated to the various accessories that we put at your disposal (vacuum cleaner, broom, ironing board and iron, umbrella bed, children's chair...). The advantages of our gite are: a private parking, two very beautiful covered and sunny terraces with garden table and chairs as well as deckchairs for your moments of relaxation and rest. A private swimming pool for our two cottages, secure and very well exposed so that you can enjoy it throughout your summer days. For over 10 years, our guests have testified, they recommend our gite for a stay where rest, calm and beauty of the landscape will be the key words! Other things to note The private swimming pool in a separate wooded and flowery park is shared by our two cottages, l'Olivière and la Pitcholine. It is maintained by the owners free of charge.
