Lovely light attic room

Comfortable double room in 19th century terraced home shared with friendly owner, near to amenities, bus, train routes and city centre. The space Enjoy your time in Bristol staying in a quiet, clean and welcoming environment in my Victorian terrace house. The loft room has a double bed, drawers and access to a clothing rail. There is a fan, which is useful in the summer months. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped. You have access to it and also to use equipment such as the washing machine, ironing board and iron and so on. If you plan to cook you are more than welcome to use spices, salt, pepper etc. You are also welcome to borrow a book to read and can access wi fi. There is one bathroom on the first floor, which is shared. There is an additional toilet next to the utility area. During your stay I tend to let my guests get on with what they want to do, but if you require information or help then I'm always happy to help. Other things to note Sorry, I cannot take long term guests (Over one month) except in exceptional circumstances. I like to welcome guests personally, but have a key safe, for when I am unavailable. Unfortunately I am unable to store bicycles as the house is in a terrace and I have no bike storage. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping household but you can use the garden if you wish to smoke.
