Located on a busy main road from the airport to the city - 15 minutes to the centre There are buses outside the door to/from the city and airport - A choice of 5 that come every 5 minutes. So it is important to note that we are not in a quiet housing estate however the windows are double glazed and we are set back off the road. (***There is a bike lane outside our main gates) All amenities on our doorstep with a bar right next door, places to eat and a bus to town bus to airport . If your looking for a central, and convenient area this is it.! We don’t do very late arrivals after midnight & most people staying here are out during the day sightseeing & back in before midnight It’s Ideal as an stopover overnight on arrival or for a weekend sightseeing or in Dublin to attend a concert, visit relatives in hospitals , Mater, Beaumont, Bon Secour - it’s not a party house it’s pretty quiet ! It’s also perfect location to attend a course in local universities DCU St Patrick’s Marino Institute All Hallows Pilot training centre is nearby too ! Perfect base if you’re heading out on travels around Ireland. Croke Park nearby. Bus to Wicklow and Wexford leave opposite my home also . it’s really clean friendly warm comfy & very quiet home and ideal as a base to go sightseeing ! **** We do expect our guests to head out at some stage during the day to allow for essential cleaning & maintenance We don’t accept bookings for arrivals after midnight but we can sometimes check you in earlier than 15.00 hours Great base for tourist plans & it’s not a party house but a friendly warm space - We live here too - upstairs ! We have Great reviews Guest access Access to the bedroom provided & the very small & basic shower room & toilet It’s Functional & very Clean beside the room for sole use. Check in from 16.00 hours Can be flexible But Check out 10am to allow for preparation for next guests. During your stay Since Covid we don’t interact much but always contactable for any reason If I go out I can be called on message me on the app. Other things to note There is one step down to the single room and shower room Our no smoking policy vaping includes outside front too as it disturbs guests with going in and out frequently especially during the night or very early morning which can happen ! It is a very comfortable and very clean warm friendly Edwardian house. It is located on a main road so there may be traffic noise But Windows are double glazed so its pretty quiet indoor and cosy . The shower room is very small & quite basic but extremely clean & functional for sole use of guest. It is so central with bus stops outside the door and buses every 5 minutes Ideal for airport and city & near universities hospitals too . ***Please note *** Bike lane both ways outside our front gates be very careful stepping out
