Bathroom with toilet and separate shower. Appartment is on first floor of family mas with autonomous access. 5ha grounds, garden, full nature with river. 4 donkeys. Breathtaking pool 16m x 7m, swimming and diving. Roof terrace , living room and terrace (optional costs). 3 additional rooms, shower and toilet (optional added cost). The space Appartement is on first floor, but has its own side ground floor access, and private garden. Studio is two flloors down. House on top of valley with beautiful surroundings : provence garden, olive and truffle trees. Provence light and colours, blue sky, nights are sublime with clear skys and shooting stars with roof terrace (to be reserved in advance). Short walk to pool. A quasi private access to center of City and Cathedral area. Confortable, charming, relaxing, unique location in Uzès. A vacation home with all amenities. Unfortunately, the appartement cannot accomodate wheelchairs (one/two steps between rooms, 5 steps access entrance, 2 floor narrow staircase to studio, and small access stairs to to other rooms). The house is not convenient for small children (falling risk). Guest access An autonomous lodging with its own kitchen/dining room, plus studio and garden. Roof Terrace and living room with added cost to settle with host. Other amenities to be negotiated depending season. Very large swimming pool. Walking down through the 11 acre garden to the river and donkeys. 2-3 additional rooms for young adults with shower room is available, with additional costs. Narrow one way street to the property. Difficult or impossible access for vans and large SUVs (if needed parking and transport of luggage to be organized with host). Other things to note Car access through the rue de Gisfort is narrow and does not accept vans or very large cars (SUVs). Staying at the house is easy as living in Uzès does not need using a car throughout the duration of the stay: a nice way to visit (by easy and frequent bus to Nîmes, Avignon and Arles). The pool is eco-friendly with no chloride, through electrolyte treatment, please avoid silk or cotton fabrics as greenish hue might colour bathing suits
