Our comfortable and cool basement apartment with access to a quiet backyard is an oasis in a bustling city! Enjoy a family getaway on a quiet neighbourhood. A kitchen for your meals, access to laundry and near public transit. Fully air-conditioned! This apartment is completely private with own entrance. The space The accommodation includes a large one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a spacious living room consisting of a good sized sectional couch which unfolds into an ample double bed. The unit has a full kitchen and full bathroom with a full sized bath. There is a TV with cable in the living room as well as in the bedroom. A Wi-Fi password will be provided on arrival. The unit is fully air-conditioned (heating and cooling) and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, four stove oven, cutlery as well as basic cooking and serving utensils. Linen and towels, hand soap and dish detergent and toilet rolls are provided. Shared laundry facilities are accessible 24/7. All other toiletries are the guests’ responsibility. Additional set of bed linen including duvet covers and towels will be provided for stays of more than a week. Guests would be responsible for additional linen and towels for washing if required.
