Unique Design Studio in the heart of Lisbon

This Studio is the best way to feel home and the ideal starting point to discover all the wonders of Lisbon from the heart of city. Following the 2016 rehabilitation, this set of four Studios will make you feel at home while keeping you comfortable like in a hotel. Each Studio is designed with a unique decoration theme inspired on the history, the flavours and the vibrant colours of old Lisbon. This studio decoration is inspired in the Portuguese Discoveries. The space The studio is completely renovated. It is in the 3rd floor, with elevator. Decoration is inspired on the Portuguese Discoveries. It includes a private bathroom with hairdryer, bathtube, towel dryer, a Queen size bed 200 x 160cm, Smart TV, cable TV, drawer, table and chairs, it also features a compact kitchenette, fully equipped with fridge, cooktop, cooking pans, microwaves, coffee machine, water boiler. In the same floor of the building you have access to a separate Laundry room with free Washing and drying machine (including soap), iron and cleaning products. Cleaning The apartment will be clean with clean bed sheets, pillows and towels prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning can also be arranged upon request. The Neighborhood The Studio is located nearby the main places of interest to visit in Lisbon, 5 minutes walking from Estrela, 10 minutes walking from Príncipe Real, Marquês de Pombal and Bairro Alto (the center of nightlife in Lisbon). The Studio is located in a quiet street where you can sleep comfortably with no noise. The neighbourhood is quiet at night and the Studio has sound isolation. You have easy access to several grocery stores, mini-markets , pharmacy and others places for your convenience 5 minutes walking. Several bars and restaurants in the area will provide you a real local experience. - Reduced noise time is between 23:00 and 8:00 - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the studio. - Be responsible.
