Get away to this rustic 1960's beach shack, perched up on a hill with lovely views across Venus Bay town to the dunes behind the main patrolled surf beach. The house is in the perfect location only a 2 minute walk to the shops, bar and eateries and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Close enough to hear the sound of the waves at night. Pets are welcome. The house aspect is planned to be right amongst the action of town and yet have enough native bush and privacy to feel like you've really escaped. The space Much care and attention has gone into furnishing and decorating my little shack to give the right balance of style, comfort and practicality. Make yourself the perfect coffee with the range of coffee makers, whip up a cocktail on the retro cocktail cabinet, kick back on the deck and watch the native birds or just snuggle up by the fire on the huge leather couch with a movie and have a cosy night in. Other things to note Pets are welcome but please keep them out of the bedrooms and off the furniture, also please clean up after them when you leave. The main property is not fully fenced but there is a smaller fenced area down the side of the house. Please note firewood is not provided but can be purchased from the general store 100m away or the hardware or petrol stations. Venus Bay is known to have a few mosquitoes, being situated around estuaries and farmland. The house has spray, screens and nets but please bring personal repellent for your comfort.
