It is 300m from the Moncks Bay beach, and in the opposite direction to the East Enders walking track up onto Port Hills. Close to Sumner beach, Hollywood Movie Theatre, gorgeous Bohemian Bakery. The space The property is a large studio unit ( 32m2), with a kitchenette, and a separate shower and toilet. Adjacent is a wee shed, ideal for bikes. Outdoor table, lawn and a lovely Pohutukawa tree. Guest access Your property is totally private. We do share a driveway for access. Other things to note Access is off the driveway of house. Half way up there is a gate on the right hand side.
