Where to Eat Azucar — A beloved Cuban bakery and coffee shop. The cafecito and guava pastries are a perfect start to any morning. The Bowl — Fresh, healthy açaí bowls and smoothies right in the heart of OB. OB Noodle House & Sake Bar — A local legend. Great pho, fried rice, and creative cocktails. Some of the best burgers in San Diego, served in a funky space covered in license plates and surfboards. Expect a line, but it’s worth it. Cesarina — Upscale Italian with handmade pasta.
