Quiet house, coming with family with your horse

The entire 1st floor of a detached exposed stone house integrated into the Domaine de Chancel The first neighbors are more than 500 meters away Our environment is referenced Zone Natura 2000 (a geographical area with great heritage value, exceptional fauna and flora) Your stay will be active or meditative Come with your pony/horse (quarries, box,meadow) While respecting your privacy, you can count on my help (French / English) to organize your stay The space Chancel has been reviving in recent years around the presence of equines. Horses and ponies are welcome. Facilities are present to welcome them (box, meadow) and allow you to work (40x30 sand quarry, 65x30 grass, CSO spring garden, downhill cross)) or walk with your horse/pony. Horseback riding teacher, I can ensure a classic or other horse riding class with your equine or a horse/pony of Chancel. Listing description and adjoining facilities: The entire 1st floor of the house: entire and independent accommodation) for 4 guests. Two bedrooms are available with a queen size double bed (bedroom 1) and two 90cm single beds (bedroom 2). The living space includes a sofa in return convertible. A wooden crib is also available and installed upon request. The separate bathroom includes a shower. Towels, sheets and duvet cover are provided. Breakfast is not included. The accommodation also includes: Toilets Wi-Fi TV Wardrobe Heating Office/workspace Closed fireplace (wood) Terrace and outdoor furniture Iron Hair dryer First aid care kit Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, traditional coffee maker, fridge, freezer) Washing machine in bathroom Private entrance Private parking for up to 2 cars Free loan of up to 3 bikes (deposit of 25€/bike, insurance requested, billing in case of breakage) Equestrian facilities on site (boxes, meadows, sand quarry, grass quarry, spring garden for CSO , instructional horses /ponies, qualified instructor) Rates according to demand Some rules of life in Chancel essential to respect for a harmonious stay: No smoking in the house Pets allowed but clean and well-behaved! (2 dogs maximum) Chancel is not a hotel, so there are no daily cleaning service in place, thank you for keeping the house clean and tidy. Do selective sorting. Excessive noise after 10:30 p.m. is prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Guest access Chancel is ideally located away from ordinary traffic lanes, so all soft mobility is possible, walking, cycling, horseback riding ... Other things to note Chancel is set in a hillside farming area. In fact, sometimes the noise of the open shooting range (located 1 km away) reverts in an attenuated way to the outskirts of Chancel. At certain periods of the year, agricultural work (fenaison) generates activity in the cultivated plots. No public street lamps illuminate the surroundings of the property Chancel is not connected to the city's water network and therefore works with its own sensed water network.
