Cozy red brick house for 6 people (3 bedrooms) near Gudhjem and Tejn close to the coast. The house is located in the small town of Rø, which is quiet and peaceful. There is a bus 100m from the door that runs to Rønne, Gudhjem and Allinge. It is 500 meters to Bornholm's best golf course and not far from magnificent nature in e.g. Røplantage. The house has a beautiful view of fields and water with Christiansø on the horizon and has a fantastic terrace. Other things to note Bring your own pillow/duvet covers, sheets. Towels, tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, etc. Remember toilet paper, please leave just 1 roll or 2 for the next guests. Upon arrival, read and take a photo of the electricity meter in the basement and again upon departure, Due to the rising electricity prices, we charge electricity consumption at DKK 3.5 per kw used. The house must be handed over in a neat, clean condition and emptied of garbage and food as well as an empty dishwasher. When the dishwasher is in use, please use the 'vario speed plus button' after the selected program. If necessary, various cleaning agents are available under the kitchen sink. Green plastic trash cans are for paper only. Black bags for other garbage, but not bottles. Please bring in garden cushions and blankets every night The garden charcoal grill may only be used down on the grass, not on the terrace. If it's hot, please water the outside flowers, the ones in pots. Enjoy and feel at home.
