Holly loft Studio

This is a loft style studio above our Oak frame garage with scenic views of Salisbury plain. We live in a rural location on the edge of Salisbury plain in a small village. We have a lovely local Pub The Royal Oak in the village & in the next village, Market Lavington is a coop, fish&chips, and the Green Dragon pub. Easterton is close to historic World Heritage Sites such as Stongehenge, Bath and Avebury. Cities and towns in the area include Salisbury, Bath, Marlborough and Devizes. The space Guest will have sole and private use of our detached annex, which consists of a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The annex has comfortable seating, a dining area and beautiful views across Salisbury plain. The en-suite has a small bath and extendable shower. The ceiling is sloping as we are in the eaves. Guest access Access is up the stairs to the right of the drive above the double garage. There is a light at the bottom of the stairs. Other things to note The bathroom has limited headroom due to the eaves and the Bath is small with a shower attachment. We do not have a cot for babies and although welcome infants please note we don’t have a lot of facilities to accommodate so please bring what you need. Due to the rural location mobile signal is tricky in the area and WiFi is not as strong as being in the nearby towns and cities.
