Gîte des Prés de Lée, charming and peaceful.

Our Gîte is located in the countryside in the heart of Auxois in a small peaceful village. On our small farm, where we raise 20 pigs outdoors on 2 hectares of meadow, and also chickens, goats, pony, cats, dog and rest assured no strong smell emanates from our farm. This independent house, combining the charm of yesteryear and the great comfort of today, full of charm and quiet, will allow you to rest. It's a great place to visit our beautiful Burgundy region. The space The gîte offers you: * Separate entrance. * Upstairs 4 bedrooms, a bathroom-WC. * On the ground floor a bedroom, a large bathroom with XXL shower, a toilet, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. * A hairdryer is available in each bathroom. * Bath linens (gloves, towels and bath sheets) are provided free of charge. * Beds are fitted with sheets and duvets, with extra pillows and blankets if needed. * Central heating. * Parking in the farmyard. * Terrace, garden furniture available for sunny days. * Barbecue for relaxing moments outdoors. * Very wooded and enclosed garden. * Baby equipment on request, wooden playpen, high chair, bed, etc. Others: * Beds are made upon arrival. * The cleaning fee is charged automatically for good housekeeping and for the comfort of guests €80/stay without pets and €100/stay with pets. * We accept pets but we thank you for reporting them when booking. * Security deposit €700.
