Fortuna Strandhem with a cottage by the beach

Fortuna Strandhem is a wonderful multi-family house on the beach with an associated cottage located by the sea in Fortuna. Outside the kitchen, bathed in morning light, there is a small patio with a breakfast area, and facing the sea, there is a waterfront plot with a furnished cabin. The house offers an amazing view towards Råå Harbor and Helsingborg in the north, across Denmark and Ven, and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to the center of Rydebäck, and the nearest restaurant is about a 10-minute walk away. The space Fortuna Strandhem is one of two units in a multi-family building. In the house there is a living room, bathroom, kitchen and hall on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outside the kitchen there is a breakfast nook and a storage room. On the waterfront property located on the beach, there is a fully furnished cabin with a kitchenette and toilet/shower. There is also a sofa bed here where you can sleep if you wish. You can't get much closer to the sea.
