Fortuna Strandhem with a cottage by the beach

Fortuna Strandhem is a wonderful multi-family house by the beach with an associated cottage located by the water at Fortuna. Outside the kitchen, which is bathed in morning light, there is a small patio with a breakfast nook and towards the sea there is a lake plot with a furnished cottage. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå harbor and Helsingborg in the north, over Denmark and Ven and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to Rydebäck's center and the nearest restaurant is about a 10-minute walk. The space Fortuna Strandhem is a multi-family house consisting of two properties. The house has a living room, bathroom, kitchen and hall on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside the kitchen, there is a breakfast nook and a storage room. On the lake plot located on the beach is a fully furnished cottage with kitchenette and toilet/shower. There is also a day bed where you can sleep if you wish. You can't get much closer to the sea.
