During the summer, the pool is automatically cleaned twice a day (2 a.m. in the morning, 4 p.m. in the evening), supplemented by 3 weekly visits from our technical team. 🛡️ Safety and peace of mind Your comfort is our priority: • The residence has 24-hour secure indoor parking, with surveillance from the security control panel. • A golf cart service is available upon request to facilitate your arrival at the villa. 🌿 An eco-responsible approach In order to preserve the environment and make you aware of responsible consumption, electricity consumption is charged at €0.20/kWh (i.e. 1.70 dirhams/kWh). • A meter reading is taken upon arrival, for stays longer than 3 nights. • In summer, with reasonable use of air conditioning (set at 26°C and doors/windows closed), the average consumption remains around €20 per week.
