Large Japanese apartment right next to the PeacePark. 1 Bedroom apartment provides 2 queen size bed and 3 double sofa bed. Complete facility and hotel amenities to provide the best condition for your stay. All sheets, towels are provided. It has elevator and smart lock feature for guests added safety and security. Huge space offers up to 10 people for a nice comfortable stay, from my balcony you can view the entire PeacePark, Dome and the lovely riverside. Entire space are for your use only, you are welcome to access all the room / all the beds and everything in the room. Sleeping arrangement: Bedroom: 2 queen size bed (4 people) Living Room: 3 double sofa bed (6 people) A total of 10 people can stay comfortably. This 1BR apartment is located in the most convenient location. Close to all the important sights, shopping, sightseeing, Restaurants just across the street. The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins. All the decoration are chosen by me, I was living here for a quite long time and now I would like to open my apartment to share to my world travellers. I have hired a professional hotel cleaning team to do the cleaning before you arrived, so I am sure the room is clean and comfy to stay. This Apartment is in the Center of HIROSHIMA, all you need is just outside the apartment.. restaurants, supermarket, shopping malls, coffee shop, game center, convenient store and the most important thing, transportation is only 10-15 minutes! few walks to the streetcar, Miyajima, bus, taxi. 1 minutes walking from Honkawa station to here. If you go to the peace memorial or Miyajima, my apartment is the best location in Hiroshima. Because Honkawa station connects 2 places comfortably. you can walk to The peace park for 4 minutes. you can get to JR train for Miyajima in Nishi-Hiroshima station. Less than 1 min reach to PeacePark by walk 1 min away to 7-11 right beside of the building 1 min away to street car station By street car, you can reach Miyajima about 45 Mins By street car, you can reach Hiroshima JR station in 15 Mins 5 mins to reach Hondori shopping street 5 mins to reach Supermarket All the coin parking are around the building (If you have your own vehicle ) 10 mins walk to Hiroshima Bus center (You can reach Hiroshima Airport) The location is right beside the Beautiful PeacePark river side, a balcony you can enjoy the entire view of PeacePark and Dome, especially at cherry blossom season, it will be amazingly beautiful down here. the location is super convenienient and easy to arrive with my instruction with video link. Other things to note IMPORTANT REMINDER: > Visiting guest will be charged even if they do not stay overnight and Please be quiet after ten o'clock in the evening. If there is a complaint from a neighbor, you may be contacted. Please understand in advance that if repeated complaints occur, it is inevitable to report to the police. The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed .
