Bosilliac Escape - Holiday Cornwall with Comfort

Bosilliac Eacape is situated in 1.5acres of garden attached to the main occupied family home of Bosilliac. This luxury self contained accommodation, offers complete relaxation and tranquility. There is private space within the garden to relax over looking the pond and down the valley to the sea. The space Situated on the edge of the beautiful village of Mawnan Smith and the breath taking Helford Passage. Mawnan Smith boasts a thatched roof pub, local well stocked shop with local produce. There is also a cafe and gift shop. Bosilliac Escape has nearby access to a footpath which leads to Maenporth beach. The costal footpaths are the other side of the village along with Trebah Gardnes and National Trust Glendurgan Gardens. Falmouth is a 10minute drive away and the local beach also 10minutes by car or 40minutes by foot. Guest access There are electric gates into the grounds of Bosilliac and access to Bosilliac Escape is via path around the main residence to a private entry. There is ample parking on the shared drive with the main property. Guests have access to a secluded deck, external sofa and table and chairs. Other things to note A Gate fob will be made available to guest as well as a key. Although a dedicated EV charger is not available there is access to an outside socket which can be used to charging an EV overnight, providing you have a proprietary UK 3 pin plug charge adapter cable for your EV (a small additional charge applies for this facility, further details available on booking, or message us). No additional over night guests are permitted and we politely request that noise is kept to a minimum between 11pm and 7am. No access is permitted to other areas in the grounds (other than listed) without prior explicit authorisation from the hosts. Use of outdoor facilities are at your own risk in all respects. There is an external bin house for general rubbish as well as recycle bags. These will be emptied on Mondays. Please make an effort to separate recycling.
