House on Lérat Beach

Preamble: In July-August, rental is only by the week. No pets allowed in the house. Southern Brittany. Panoramic view of the sea, the sandy beach of Lérat facing south, its small typical Breton port and the Pointe du Croisic. Direct access to the beach. Charming house and modern comfort. The space Sheets, towels: not included. Cleaning: not included (possibility of cleaning package at €80 to be arranged with Virginie who will welcome you on the day of your arrival). The property is composed of: - the main house of about 170 m², opening onto a private terrace of 50 m² to the south and facing the sea. The terrace has 5 deckchairs, garden furniture and an outdoor table for 10 people. On the ground floor with stunning sea views, you will enjoy a large 52 m² living room with lounge and dining room (the table is for 10 people). Also on the ground floor: a kitchen, a veranda overlooking the garden and equipped with a Bonzini foosball table, a double bed bedroom (140 x 190) overlooking the garden, a shower room with shower and toilet, and a TV lounge. Upstairs, you will have 4 bedrooms (two with 140 x 190 beds, one with a 150 x 190 bed and one with 2 single 70 x 190 beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed). Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony facing the sea. The floor is also composed of a small living room for children with TV and Wii, a bathroom (shower and 2 sinks) and separate toilets. - a small garden, and a shed housing the BBQ available to you. - a garage at the end of the garden, overlooking the road and in which you can use the ping pong table. You will appreciate the appliances in the house, and if necessary, the underfloor heating. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests. The garage attic contains personal belongings.
