L'Agave, holiday home in a villa in Paestum

Apartment 350m from the sea located on the first floor of a recently renovated semi-detached villa and composed as follows: independent entrance, large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, private terrace and free outdoor parking. SANITATION: All direct and indirect contact surfaces, including handles and buttons of appliances, are cleaned and sanitized with specific products after each visit. Bed linen and towels are washed and disinfected at 90ºC. The space The villa, located in a quiet private park, is about 350 m from the sea, where well-equipped bathing establishments alternate with spacious free beaches. About 2 km away are the Archaeological Park of Paestum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and destination of the Grand Tour since 1600, and the museum that houses its treasures, including the famous diver's tomb. Agropoli, the center of Cilento nightlife, is just 15 minutes away. Its coastline, the old town with medieval architecture and the castle are the perfect backdrop for pleasant evening walks. Guest access The first floor, including the terrace, will be at guests' complete disposal. The garden provides access but belongs to another property unit and therefore cannot be used.
