A newly built house, opened in September 2008, preserving the charm of a traditional Andalusian farmhouse. Nestled in the heart of Andalusia, from its rooms you can see the typical and true Spain. The space GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE. Casa rural Los Lirios is newly built, and opened its doors in September 2008. It has a clear influence from the Andalusian era and tries to take the traveler through time, but without abandoning the comforts of the current era. Located in the geographical center of Andalusia, it offers the traveler the possibility of visiting different provinces of our community without being behind the wheel for more than an hour: Córdoba, Málaga, Seville, and Granada. Three of these provinces have views from the house's viewpoint, which is decorated with Arab plasterwork and bas-reliefs with the original motifs of the Alhambra of Granada and the Mosque of Córdoba and marble mosaics as the central rosette of a dream floor. The entire enclosure consists of 2500m2 divided into different areas, which are described below: -The house. ___________ -Common areas: three bathrooms, two of which are on the second floor and the third on the first floor, which is adapted for the disabled as is the rest of the ground floor and the exteriors. Living room, dining room and kitchen in an L-shape, and without a door or wall separating them, to be able to join the three rooms if necessary. Of these three, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to meet customers' needs, including a great wood-burning oven. In this part of the house, we can enjoy 100m2 perfectly arranged for the enjoyment of travelers: full bathroom, fireplace, sinks, furniture and for the most cheerful, television, wi-fi internet, stereo, black light, RGB, and of course a mirror ball, all wrapped in an old and rustic decoration that shows nothing until the sun sets. It's a great place for work meetings, family dinners, or a children's playground. Pool __________ The pool area, which is accessed through the shed, consists of a natural lawn area, natural shade in the summer months, outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, etc.) and the pool itself, measuring 10m by 6m and with a depth of up to 2m, and inside which we can find the Jacuzzi and the cervical cannon, with night lighting and all inspired by the ruins of some Arab baths. Children's park. _______________ We haven't forgotten the little ones, who enjoy themselves as much or more than adults, and for them we have a great playground. Surrounded by a centenary olive tree, and with a great natural grass carpet, we have normal and baby swings, slides for children and babies, and rocking chairs. Playground. __________________ In this area we have a rectangular field of natural grass where you can play soccer, badminton, volleyball and everything the little ones want. Terraces. __________ In the rest of the exteriors, we can also find great views, and a great connection with the environment, a parking lot for more than 20 cars, a barbecue, an organic garden (seasonal) and several terraces where you can enjoy everything you can think of.
