Plus 2 internet TV, wifi, a 1500 square meter garden with patio at the guest disposal, and a little kids area. Separate laundry room. The space The villa is adjacent to another property with which it shares the 1500 square meters garden. During summer time ( from June to September according to weather conditions) the villa is equipped with sunbeds, an umbrella, a swimming pool, a kids area and an outdoor BBQ upon request. The pool is shared within the context of the garden but its use is exclusive to guests while they use it and enjoy it. The villa offers a laundry room, with access through the garden, and it is equipped with washing machine, ironing table, iron and a drying rack. Other things to note Check- in time needs to be communicated from guests ahead of time in order to ensure my presence and assistance.
