Upstairs small single room with adjacent sole-use bathroom in quiet house. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle in your room. Lavazza coffee machine with caf and decaf pods. Ideal place to stay for study, work placements, mini-breaks, overnight travel stays from M5 and NCN 33. Bookings accepted for two nights up to 3 months. Discount for longer stays. The space Detached property on the edge of countryside. I'm based in Worle, a suburb of Weston super Mare. Guests stay here to study, work in the area and visit towns and cities nearby, as well as the mile long beach and promenade at Weston, which is 4 miles away. There is beautiful countryside in walking distance. Great public transport links to connect you to Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and beyond. I live at the property and have two rooms to rent. House is shared by my two friendly cats Henley and Tinsel. There are shops and pub (serving food) within walking distance. Small single upstairs room. (There is also a double room for rent in the house which needs to be booked separately..the single room can only accommodate 1, the double room 2). There is a single bed. Open -plan rack for clothes storage. Drawers for additional storage. Medium sized table for study, work and eating. Guests have exclusive use of separate bathroom which won't be shared by other guests. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster in your room. Cutlery, crockery provided. You will be able to prepare simple meals. I have a range of additional kitchen electrical appliances that could be borrowed if you wish. There is no access to the main house kitchen. Parking on the drive and other spaces on the cul-de-sac. House and cul-de-sac is quiet and peaceful on edge of open country. Big Sainsbury's and Aldi 12 minutes walk. You will have access to the inside utility room which has a washing machine and dryer. Wi-fi included. Charging for electric car (extra cost) . Nearby for NCN ( Sustrans) 33. Bikes can be locked in garden, which is enclosed and secure. There is a mountain bike which can be used by guests. Train station 20 minutes walk. Bus-stop to Weston, three minutes walk. Bus No.7 Bristol Airport: The A3 bus leaves from Worle Sainsbury’s for the airport 19 minutes past the hour from 03.19 until 22.19. Pay on the bus: Fare £5 single, £7 return. You can reach Worle Sainsbury’s bus-stop from my place a number of ways: 1. Walk…..takes about 12 minutes 2. Taxi…….takes 3 minutes, costs about £5 3. Walk to Kelston Road bus stop ( 3 minutes) and take the No 7 bus to Worle Sainsbury’s. This service is only available 7.00am -23.00 approx. Guest access You will have a single room with exclusive use of the bathroom next door along the landing. You also have access to the garden and the utility room and washing machine. In your bathroom you will find FAITH IN NATURE shampoo, hand wash and body wash in refillable glass dispensers. The toilet rolls provided are by WHO GIVES A CRAP. The sheets are made with 100% bamboo, which helps reduce deforestation. In your room you also have a Lavazza coffee machine with caf. and decaf. coffee pods which are compostable. During your stay I live at the property so am very happy to help you with local information. I have tried to re-organise the property post-Covid that guests have minimal interactions with others. You will share the front door, hall, landing , garden and utility room. Hopefully this will help those with long-term health issues. If I am away from the property I'm usually contactable by phone or there are friends' emergency numbers provided to help you. Other things to note The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Please ensure you consider any mobility issues before you book. Evacuation of the property may therefore be an issue . There are heat and smoke alarms for guests' safety. Please consider if you have a hearing impediment that may prevent you hearing these. Please be aware the property is near the flight path for Bristol Airport.
