The space I have a spacious, fully furnished spare room, for rent for 1 persons. It is a lovely 1920's house, with a beautiful back garden. The house has on street parking, and broadband throughout. You must love cats, as I have 2!! The house is close to Coventry city and has easy access to public transport, which will take you around the local area and into the city. From the house it is also easy to get to London!! This, to the right person, could be home from home!! Use of kitchen & of course bathroom ! Wi-Fi . When I'm not working, as & when the guest requires... I appreciate some guests are busy & have reasons for their visit / stay, be it work, studies, or passing through. It's fairly quiet. There is local public transport & easy access to rail & coach station, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Guest access Kitchen, Bathroom & Garden.
