On a clear day, you can see as far as Manila Bay and view the city lights from the 39th floor. Accessible and convenient to dining and transportation. A 27 square meter furnished Studio unit with small Balcony that accommodates up to 2 persons. Corinthian Executive Regency is along Sapphire Road corner ADB Avenue. Entrance/Exit access can be from Sapphire Road or Ortigas Avenue. It’s right across Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn, Robinson’s Galleria Mall and Robinsons Equitable Tower. We have Mini Stop Convenience Store and 7-11 also across the street. Building has its own convenience store, laundromats, hair salon, skin clinic all on the Ground level. Guest access Guest occupancy form is needed by the Building Admin. A required scanned copy of 1 Government ID or Passport & vaccination card plus signed and fillet out move-in-forms & health declaration form (all will be provided) for ALL guests which should be submitted for Guest entry in the Building via email. For foreigners, an Alien Certification Reg or your Visa is required. Upon entering the building, just present your signed Guest occupancy form to the Lobby Guard. Guests can use the rooftop Pool and gym. Other things to note We send our guests a House Rules and House Manual guide for all their how-to’s and FYI’s to aid them in their whole duration of stay at BalaiB. Furthermore, we also offer Cleaning services for a fee to RE-clean the unit and RE-stock you with fresh and clean towels and linens for those who wants their unit cleaned on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
