The neighborhood is very safe, only 2 minutes from the sandy beach, nightlife, and diving centers—yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The space Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a hallway. On your left, a cozy double bedroom leads to a yard with outdoor furniture for two and clotheslines. To the right, there's a spacious shower room equipped with a washing machine. At the end of the hallway, enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a marble countertop and a combined dining space for four. The bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features a comfortable 3-seater sofa. This holiday apartment includes free Wi-Fi, an air conditioner (payable locally, available only in the bedroom), ironing facilities, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV. Other things to note Important Notes: Environmental Contribution Tax As per Maltese law, from 1st July 2026, a tax of €1.50 per person per night applies (up to a maximum of €22.50 per person aged 18+). This tax is paid in cash on arrival and cannot be included in the room rate. Location: Approx. 3-minute walk to the nearest beach. Close to all amenities in Marsalforn. Good-sized yard for hanging clothes and relaxing on outdoor furniture. 2–3 minutes walk to 2 different bus stops. Construction Notice: A block of apartments is being built opposite the apartment block entrance. The apartment has double-glazed windows to reduce external noise.
