The house has one bedroom (a second room functions as Owner's closet), one full bath, and one powder room. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and two closets, and features a large, corner soaking tub.The front of the house is a great room, with a dining table for eight, living room seating for six, and designer furniture and accessories. Kitchen amenities include a Bosch dishwasher, Jennair duel fuel range, and refrigerator with ice maker and exterior water feature. Australian cypress flooring extends throughout the house.
