Following an indelicate traveler and his family, a deposit of €800 will be requested at the beginning of the rental, and returned at the end if everything is correct. Behave in a prudent and responsible manner. Smokers are accepted as long as they smoke on the terrace outside (and not in the house). Please respect the neighborhood, especially when enjoying the terrace and garden. As the garden is not fenced, make sure your children stay within the boundaries of the garden. A cleaning fee is included in the reservation. Possibility to make a plancha and a bbq with the available equipment. I leave you: sponges, dishwashing liquid, household products, laundry and various other consumer products (olive oil, vinegar, condiments, sugar, etc.) Remember to replace them if necessary.
