The space The property is 1 BHK ground floor flat (can accommodate max. of 2 adults) and it comprises of the following rooms/ spaces; 1. Living room with a sofa and a wall mounted TV (unfortunately WiFi is not available in the property); 2. Bedroom with a double bed with two pillows and 2 blankets; 3. Kitchen is available with the gas stove, microwave oven and fridge (coffee, tea powder/bags, sugar is made available); 4. Attached Bathroom with western toilet, shower with instant geyser. Please note that the smoking, consumption of alcohol etc is not allowed in or around the property. This property is located in a quiet residential area, we expect the space and privacy is respected. Other things to note The gas cylinder regulator and other electrical appliances excluding refrigerator, switches etc will be turned off when you have checked in and we expect you turn off the gas regulator, lights / fans / geyser / TV switches etc to be turned off when you are not in the flat. Occasionally, there will be power outages and there is UPS back up installed in the property so please limit the usage electricity to minimum during the power outage.
