Large house within walking distance from the city center, the university and the central station. Buses to Malmö close by. Two large living rooms, up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms. A private lush garden with a bbq and some outdoor games. Next to the garden is a park with a fantastic playground (soccer, basketball). We have a sauna and a cozy fireplace for cold days. This is a perfect house for a family or a couple who wants space. We have lots of games as well. The space Around 200 square metres of floor space. Guest access You have access to the house yourselves. Other things to note Number of bedrooms depend on how many guests. Normally four people equals two (or on request three bedrooms). Two of the bedrooms are for two persons per room. More rooms can be arranged when the booking is for more than four persons. There are two security cameras in the two livingrooms. They are ONLY active when there is an actual alarm.
