The space Characterized by a simple and authentic elegance, the house is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse recently renovated and totally independent and is located on the hill in front of the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, which enjoys the wonderful view, and a 15-minute drive from Cortona. It is arranged on 2 comfortable staggered levels and consists of two large living rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine floor), a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, 1 single bedroom with a private bathroom, a bathroom for common use, a room used as a gym equipped with laundry. From both levels you can access the outdoor area characterized by privacy and tranquility. The rooms reveal a simple and traditional style. In balance between colors, comfort and well-being, you will find a familiar atmosphere. It is surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden dominated by olive trees, plants, flowers and aromatic herbs. You can enjoy the swimming pool, with breathtaking views of the valley and the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and a refrigerator always at your disposal, and where your children can have fun with the games in several places. Using the barbecue you can have lunch and dinner outdoors or under the porch. For lovers of trekking and mountain biking, numerous scenic trails await you to discover and experience. From here you can set off on interesting and pleasant itineraries on foot, by bike, by motorbike or by car. Ideal for those who love nature and the genuine hospitality of life in the countryside. Guest access Guests are completely independent: you can enter and exit the house freely and at any time.
