The space The apartment is located on the 9th floor facing the opposite side, it does not have a balcony, and overlooks the building's green space, it has a total of 32 m², it has a dining room space, a bedroom space, a separate kitchen and a full bathroom. The rest area has a double bed, two bedside tables with their respective lamps, a mirror and a closet with drawers, shelves and hangers. The dining room has a glass table with four chairs, a floor lamp, a cable TV and a private wifi network. The kitchen has dishes for four people, an oven with an extractor, a microwave, a refrigerator under the counter, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, pots and pans for cooking. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink and a shelf. It has a hairdryer. Bed linen and amenities are provided for the stay. Guest access It is a traditional building, the apartment is accessed by two elevators or a staircase. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: After 3 pm * Self-Check-In Service Hours: Until 10:00 PM (business hours, keys cannot be picked up after that time) at the location closest to the apartment, subject to availability. For stays longer than 14 nights, a thorough cleaning with a change of linens will be carried out in the apartment. The payment of the service will be charged to the guest to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. The day and time will be arranged after the reservation is made. Service cost $15. For monthly stays, a MANDATORY cleaning will be carried out in the apartment with a change of linens every 14 nights.
