It was fully renovated in 2018, covering all range from electrical and plumbing systems to brand new window frames, and furniture, while retaining some of its unique characteristics, such as the mosaic floor, high ceilings and spacious architecture. Unique features of the apartment, are its big windows, and spacious balcony of 12 square meters with Acropolis view. Once opening the safety door of the apartment, you will see that there is plenty of natural light coming in, and when opening the big windows, a pleasant and refreshing breeze comes through revitalising the space. The main room is equipped with a brand new king size bed and super comfortable mattress, while a fan on the ceiling can provide this extra touch of breeze, making your sleep as comfortable as possible. The design closet and plenty of cupboards, provide lots of storage space even for longer stays. The 2 air-condition units, and the big ceiling fan over the bed, make your stay a delight, all year around. A wall-mounted TV set, which can be turned towards the bed ,or, sofa accordingly, help you relax after a long day in the city. An office table with an office chair, and a high speed internet connection, provide you a working space for catching up with your work. In the living room, next to a window overlooking Avissinias Square, with its famous must-see flea market, lies the sofa which can be used just for relaxing and taking a break. The beige pouf next to the sofa, the leather design chairs from Amsterdam, the design lightings and modern carpets, and the paintings of renowned Athens based visual artist, Sophia Kyriakou, make the space very cosy to hang out, while accommodating easily 4 people and feeling very comfortable at the same time. Entrance to the bathroom is through a sliding door, where a standing shower and the rest of the essential amenities are located (namely, hand and body towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and shower gel). The kitchen is fully equipped with a set of electric hobs, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a big selection of cooking pots and frying pans. The kitchen bar with bar-style seats and view to the Lycabettus hill is a must! The spacious balcony is super comfortable for 4 people, to enjoy the uninterrupted city view, Lycabettus hill view and Acropolis view! This is the place to enjoy the Athenian sunny sky, even sunbathing ,or, just enjoying a drink or, one of the day’s meals in the dining setting of table and 4 chairs.
