Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms, 2 with en suites, plus a separate bathroom. The ground floor has a utility room with a washing machine and WC, and an open-plan kitchen/dining area. There are 2 lounges and an attic games room. Located at the end of a 1-mile farm track, enjoy beautiful countryside views, 4 acres of grounds with a meadow, private lake, kids’ play area, and football field. Bedding and towels are included. The space To the front of the property there are two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms boasting underfloor heating and heated towel rails. To the rear of the property, accessed from the kitchen stairs, are two further bedrooms, family bathroom and a ‘walk through’ bedroom which can be accessed from either the front or rear stairs of the property. All bedrooms in the Farmhouse have 6ft zip and link beds and can be made up as twin or double accommodation. An original ‘secret’ staircase provides access to the second floor where children (or adults!) can entertain themselves in the attic games room. Externally the Farmhouse has a beautiful private garden with garden furniture and BBQ provided to while away those rare English summer days! All linen and towels are provided and a highchair and travel cot can be made available on request. Guest access The Farmhouse has its own private garden with seating and is set over 4 acres of private Derbyshire countryside, there’s plenty of space for both you and your four-legged friends to explore. Nether Burrows Farm is home to four spacious holiday cottages and one cosy smaller cottage, each fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Enjoy peaceful walks, open fields, and a truly relaxing break for the whole family, paws included. Nether Burrows Farm is the home to four large holiday cottages and 1 smaller cottage, each equipped for all your holiday needs. Meadow View and Willow Barn each sleep 14 people and are identical properties, perfect for larger groups with children. Sunshine Cottage was converted in 2008 and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. It has been completed to a luxurious finish with a modern twist on the country feel and a relaxing hot tub on the terrace for you to warm up in on a chilly country evening. The Farmhouse with its traditional decor offers entertainment with its own games room. We also have a smaller 2 bedroom holiday cottage which sleeps 4 people called The Pig Barn, which is perfect for a romantic getaway. Soak up local views and wash away stress with a private hot tub which can be added to Willow Barn and Meadow Barn upon request. Other things to note 4 other properties are at the same location. A £500.00 refundable security deposit will be taken by the host over the phone prior to arrival.
