Smoking only permitted outside on deck. The space It's a comfortable, clean, safe and relaxing private bedroom and private full bathroom, with its own private entrance. It's located in a lovely home, on a peaceful street, in a charming old Adirondack town. It's an ideal base of operations as you explore the Adirondacks and Capital Region, close to Lake George, Gore Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, Bolton Landing and more. Guest access You will have a private guest suite on the second floor, containing a bedroom and a private full bathroom with shower. The suite has its own private entrance in and out of the home, accessible from an outdoor deck/patio on the second floor, with stairs leading into the backyard. Your stay includes private access to the bedroom, bathroom and upstairs deck. You may also park in the driveway. The rest of the home, yard, shed and property are off-limits to guests. During your stay I will be present on-site. I may be inside all day working, or you might catch me outside gardening. If you need something, just ask. Other things to note Please note: We do not serve breakfast at our property. But we will be happy to recommend good spots in town where you can grab a great breakfast!
