Please wash and clean the dishes before leaving the house. If the customer want the house to be cleaned, there is a service charge of 500 baht. 11. Do not throw garbage, food scraps, cigarette butts or any other dirt on the floor or in the swimming pool. Do not eat or drink in the pool. If found, a cleaning fee a cleaning fee of 5,000 - 10,000 baht. 12. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If violated, a fine of 1,000 baht will be charged. 13. If property is lost or damaged, the customer must pay in full or from the price assessed on site in the event of damage to the house. 14.
