Nestled between the stunning South Coast and the Southern Highlands, 2 hours south of Sydney, 2 hours north of Canberra. The space Clerevale welcomes you through a grand entrance to a formal and luxurious lounge room with an open fireplace where you can relax and unwind. Adjoining the lounge room is the dining room to seat 8 people. The open plan kitchen and living room has a cosy nook which enjoys a tranquil view to the farm and the grazing cows. The living room opens directly onto a small manicured dam and has full height windows to let in the light and allows uninterrupted views of the escarpment. There is a combustion fireplace that radiates great heat and is an ideal place to relax and watch some TV or movies on an inclement day. The kitchen has a 900mm oven and 5 burner gas cook top to help cater for gourmet meals. There is a dishwasher, microwave and all the dining and cooking utensils you’d have on hand at home. There is a master bedroom with en-suite that opens on to the lawn and overlooks the dam. The other 3 bedrooms are all off the long hallway sharing a main bathroom with shower and bath and there’s a separate toilet. Each of the bedrooms has been tastefully decorated with individual luxurious themes. At the front of the house there is a large games room with a ping pong table, dart board, Foos ball, keyboard, stereo and many board games that will keep you entertained for hours. Up a slight slope there is a flat lawn area ideal for ball games and a trampoline. In the games room you’ll find catcher & ball games, a toy cricket set, soccer ball, totem tennis and a Frisbee. It’s a great way to burn off energy and have some fun with family and friends. In the warmer months, you can swim and relax at the pool which has an undercover dining table and a separate undercover BBQ area. There is parking for 4 vehicles in front of the house. Guest access Guests have the use of the whole house, although for short stays if you are travelling from within Australia we ask that you refrain from using the laundry facilities unless absolutely necessary as the property relies on tank water. Other things to note There is a sense of space and serenity, and from almost everywhere on the property you will be treated to stunning escarpment views. The farm across the way provides a typical Australian rural outlook where you will not only see cattle grazing leisurely throughout the day, but also mobs of kangaroos grazing both in the early mornings and at dusk each day. In the evenings you will hear the wombats, so grab a torch and try to spot them, but stay at a respectful and safe distance as this is their home too!
