A place to watch the world go by on the water

A cozy place with sea views. Formerly known as the "Bluff Paua House", it hosted of a million visitors since the 60s and was somewhat of a famous Kiwi icon. Newly renovated, artworks from many local artists adorn the walls. A 2 minute walk to shops and attractions, a 5 minute walk to the famous "Bluff Oyster Festival". A myriad of vessels pass daily, including fishing boats, all the way to enormous container ships. Check in is after 5pm, but check out is flexible. Unlimited broadband The space Although the listing is for 1 room, when guests are staying I isolate myself in 1 area of the house leaving the bulk of the house for the guests to use at their leisure. Guests also have a private bathroom.
