The studio apartment is situated at the rear of the stand-alone brick double garage with its own private entrance & off street parking. It has a small courtyard, own bathroom, washing machine & dryer. Well-appointed kitchenette. Suitable for 1 couple (Queen Bed). A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. The property is NOT Suitable for pets. The space The studio apartment is completely self-contained and private. It is the rear section of the main property brick garage (this is a separate building to the house). We are close to the main town shopping precinct and very close to several sandy beaches. Off street (but not garaged) car parking is available. A well-appointed kitchenette. (Pots/Pans & cutlery/Microwave/Air Fryer/Induction cook-top/toaster oven/coffee machine/toaster/kettle). Milk, tea and coffee are supplied. Guest access Guests have full private & separate access to the studio apartment with their own entrance. A washing machine & dryer are located in the apartment and a dedicated clothes line is outside in the courtyard. The apartment is on one level with no steps at all. The small paved courtyard directly outside the unit is private and a lovely outdoor relaxation space for guests. A Webber gas BBQ is available for cooking outside in the courtyard. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in details and directions, as well as WiFi SSID & Passwords and codes for the lock box. Many guests are travelling and stopping at Eden on their way north or south. We appreciate this and have a flexible self check-in process, you can check in without any host assistance and timings are very flexible to suit your needs. If you do require assistance (of any kind) please just text or call the number provided. But do not worry if you are running behind your planned schedule, you can come and go from the apartment as you please and will not disturb the hosts. Other things to note The apartment is suited to one couple only. It is not suitable for children. It is not suitable for more than 2 adults. There is a Queen bed and a fold-out single (on request) for 2 adults who are travelling together but not as a couple. This property is not able to cater for pets. PHEV: with regards to the charging of your PHEV, we have a consumption meter fitted to the 3 pin 240V/10amp outlet you would be using (in the garage) to charge your vehicle. An extension cable is available, however you will need your specific plug/socket to charge. The tariff is 31c/kWh and the meter will provide the additional energy costs you will incur.
