Our Place: pool access, self contained granny flat

This private, renovated, self contained space is under our family home. It has a private entrance & includes a bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan, bathroom, kitchenette ( microwave, plugin hot plates, jug, toaster, small fridge) and living room. The living area can be converted to a 2nd bedroom with a double wall bed. Outside is a shared alfresco area, swimming pool, spa pool, trampoline , monkey bars and swing set. Shared washing machine also outside. The space The space is a renovated area beneath our family home. It is fully self contained with its own private entrance. A living room opens out thru sliding doors onto a covered patio with pool and garden views. There is also shared access to a large back yard, cubby house, trampoline, monkey bars and swings. Perfect for kids. Inside, the living room joins to a small kitchenette (no oven but plug in hot plates and air fryer on request) and a bedroom with ceiling fan, very comfortable queen bed and large built in wardrobe. Off the kitchen is the bathroom, with toilet and shower (no bath). Our Place in nestled in a residential street in Redlands Alexandra Hills. Close to Redlands sporting grounds for softball, cricket and rugby. Short drive to Sleeman sporting centre. Redlands may not be on the regular tourist trail but is a well kept secret with many fantastic places to visit; Wellington Point, Cleveland, North Stradbroke Island, and Sirromet winery to start. Alexandra hills is 10min to the beaches and parks of Wellington point and Cleveland, 15min to Sirromet winery, 25min from the airport and Brisbane CBD, 45min to Gold Coast theme parks, 60min to Gold Coast beaches, and 1-1 1/2hr to Sunshine Coast. Guest access Guests are welcome to access all the ground floor areas. They will have private access to inside and shared access to outside. They have a private front entrance and will be issued with a key for the duration of the stay. Check about parking before you arrive; usually parking will be on the street unless we are away, then you can park in the driveway. Other things to note Parking is on the road unless we are camping then you can use the drive. Please check when booking.
