The Villa lies on the neighbouring grounds of the Istana Iskandariah (the royal palace). It's suitable for family and friends holiday. The interior is have been carefully renovated as to retain the rustic feel of a kampung family home: a two storey building with a half bottom ground brick construction and above a typical wooden kampung style house in the 1950's with a side covered car porch. The ground floor houses a comfortable open family loggia with a family barbecue area, a living room, guest dining room, family living, dry kitchen with family dining, wet kitchen, bathroom and a quaint guest room. The upper floor is linked indoors with a wooden staircase leading to a family amenities area, 5 comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are furnished with a good flair of kampung feel with modernised setting, equipped with air conditioning, hot water heaters and bedroom windows with views of the palace and surroundings.
