Located on the 6th floor The space Our house is used exclusively for commercial purposes (= serviced apartments). All 27 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as an entire accommodation (i.e. no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Linens and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning for stays of 4 nights or more is included. The interior of the DOWNTOWN APARTMENTS Mitte combines a modern, homely atmosphere with urban flair. Floor-to-ceiling windows and real wood parquet refine the consistently high-quality furnishings. The loggias and terraces, which extend each apartment to the outside, offer a varied panorama with unobstructed views. Guest access Our guests have access to a laundry room, where 2 dryers and 3 washing machines are available for free use (detergent is not provided, but can be purchased at the reception). Other things to note Our reception is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm. A check-in after 5 pm is easily possible with our self-check-in. An emergency contact is noted on site.
