A brand new one bedroom flat situated in the historical and popular city of St.Albans, nestled between the M1, A1 and M25 with rail links into the capital together with superb local shopping and inner city entertainment. The space Being in the city centre brings with it a host of benefits including all the local amenities you could wish for. For day-to-day shopping the local co-op is just around the corner, whilst a short trip into the centre of town, with its mix of medieval and modern attractions, will provide an abundance of shopping experiences. When it comes to the outdoors, stride out and enjoy a tranquil stroll through the local parks or head into town to Verulamium Park, with its gentle lawns and duck ponds. Surrounding countryside, villages and towns are perfect for great days out all year round while attractions like Hatfield House or Warner Brothers Studios are ideally located.
