There are neighborhood rules and summit county rules that will need to be followed such as NO PARKING IN THE STREET FOR ANY RENTAL, keep noise to a respectful level. Violations of these rules will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. The neighbors will and do monitor our house and will call police if you park anywhere other than our driveway.
