There is a well-lit walkup entrance in the front of the building. With your parking pass, you can park behind the building for free. Suite Amenities include a living room, breakfast nook, kitchen, bathroom, and shared laundry room. There are some basic pots and pans, cutlery, and dish ware in the kitchen for your use. There are pillows and basic sheets on each bed. Our assistant manager is nearby. If you need anything, we can help you out! For most needs, the barista on duty in the main floor espresso bar and gallery can help you. The owners are local and typically available by phone. We are less than 5 minutes from most things in Indiana, PA. Just walk downstairs to get to the Artists Hand Gallery and Espresso Bar! In the gallery, there is also a chalkboard wall, local art, special coffee drinks, paninis, a piano, and a fireplace for you to enjoy. There is roughly a 10 minute walk from IUP campus. Nearby are also The Jimmy Stewart Museum, a trail head on the Rails-to-Trails network in Western PA. Locally owned bars and restaurants, libraries, the Historical Society, Italian restaurants, a popular thai restaurant, and award winning Greater Pittsburgh Area pizza place all within 3 blocks. This is a great place to access many cultural events. We are within walking distance of most things, but we also have a parking lot in the back for your use. There is also a bus system within this town as well. We are also about an hour from Pittsburgh if you would like to stay with us to be in a quiet, small town away from the city or if you need to commute. Please note that in order to provide a well prepared space we need two days notice on your booking.
