We only use biodegradable & natural cleaning & laundry products. We also use Tick Stop, an all natural tick prevention product on the property. Guest access Private Ten Mile River access on property, Delaware River access a bike ride 5 minutes away...3 miles down the road a small quaint river town with boutiques & restaurants, local antiques, hikes, fishing, swimming, hammock, skiing, rafting & canoeing on Delaware River... Other things to note Three night minimum stay. (4) PERSON MINIMUM GROUP for reservation. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM HOLIDAYS & FESTIVALS. PLEASE NOTE: $65/night/guests after (4) guests. All guests & pets must be disclosed in reservation. Pets are allowed by prior approval only. If additional guests/ pets arrive and are not a part of the reservation or announced, the $1000 deposit will be returned but with appropriate charges deducted of $65/ person & $25/ person cleaning fees. $50 pet cleaning fee extra due at check in. (If prior agreed upon pet policy for the pet to be allowed with reservation.) $120 cleaning fees for reservations for larger groups (4) or more people. Check out 11 am. $100 late check out charge after 1 pm. Additional day rate charge $450 after 3 pm. No refunds for bad weather, unforeseen failure of house mechanicals, or power outages. All guests must sign a simple liability waiver.
